Giulia Volontieri has been admitted to the Milan Bar since 2021 and practises exclusively in the field of Criminal Law.

Having gained substantial experience at leading Milan law firms, in October 2025 she joined Studio Legale Di Stefano.

Over the years, Giulia has developed well-established expertise in white-collar criminal law, with particular regard to corporate, insolvency, banking, financial and tax offences; offences against property and against the public administration; and offences against the person.

She has likewise acquired specific expertise in the field of corporate criminal liability under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, advising on the preparation, updating and implementation of Organisation, Management and Control Models, on risk-mapping exercises and on support to the Supervisory Body, as well as defending entities involved in proceedings under the same Decree.

She is the author of commentaries on case law and a speaker at conferences and training courses on criminal law.
