Alberto La Mantia, after obtaining a degree in law, specialized in the regulation of financial markets and investment services, earning the Master in Finance for Lawyers at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan.

His professional experience has included significant roles in asset management companies and law firms, and in 2023 he joined the Annunziata&Conso network as an associate.

His main expertise focuses on legal and regulatory consulting for collective asset management, financial markets law and regulation, and investment services.

Alberto is also the author of specialist publications on collective asset management.

He is additionally involved in drafting contracts of various types and providing pro-veritate legal opinions.
