Lorenzo Monechi graduated in law in February 2021 from the University of Florence with a thesis in commercial law entitled ‘Joint and several liability of directors and auditors and recourse action’.

He then worked for almost three years in one of the most important law firms in Florence in the field of commercial law, banking, crisis and insolvency dealing with banking litigation, liability of directors and auditors and investment and financing contracts and sureties.

In November 2023, he also obtained an LLM in Business and Company Law at the LUISS University in Rome with a final thesis entitled ‘Acquisition of Control and Equal Treatment – The Equal Treatment of Company Law and Takeover Bids’.

He joined Annunziata&Conso in July 2024 dealing with legal and regulatory advisory in corporate, banking, and financial markets law, with particular reference to banking contracts, the payment services sector, and the FinTech field.
