Giovanni Ionata obtained his Master’s Degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Messina in June 2023, with a thesis in Commercial Law entitled “Market Soundings under the Market Abuse Regulation.”

He subsequently gained professional experience in civil, financial and banking law, working with law firms, financial market supervisory authorities and banking institutions.

He was admitted to the bar in July 2025.

In March 2026, he joined the Annunzata&Conso network, where he mainly focuses on legal and regulatory advice in the areas of financial and banking law.
